Delivery: We take 10-12 days to ship the orders once received. The time of delivery of the ordered consignment will depend on the geography of the delivery address and the date of shipment. Our customers will be provided tracking id from our courier partners so that they can keep themselves updated about the consignment post shipment.
If for some reasons, you want to return or exchange your product bought from the Company, such return or exchange is subject to the following terms and conditions.
7 Days Exchange Policy
(a) You may return the product to the Company within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product, under the 7 days' exchange policy and buy any new product of your choice.
(b) We will issue a credit note worth of the price of the product being exchanged. You can redeem this credit note for the full amount within 45 days from the date of exchange.
(c) The first exchange is done free of cost but the courier cost of all subsequent exchanges will be paid by the customer. A minimum amount of Rs. 200 will be charged on the second exchange.
(d) [Customized jewellery which includes personalized/engraved products manufactured/ordered in line with specific instructions from you cannot be exchanged.]
(e) Once your returned item is received, our quality assurance department will review the returned item.
(f) Any items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than the Company), or damaged cannot be accepted for 730 days exchange.
(g) You will receive complimentary return on the first shipping for all eligible products within the 7 day exchange policy.
(h) Product should be accompanied with original product certificate and original/copy of invoice for all exchange within the 730 day exchange period.
(i) The exchange amount will be 100% of actual amount paid. In case, any coupon, discount or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the coupon, discount or promo codes, as applicable.
j) In case the exchanged value is higher than the value of the old product, you will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the amount paid towards the old product.
(k) Products once sold cannot be refunded. It can only be exchanged subject to conditions mentioned in the 7 days Exchange Policy.
Returns and exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging).
Please inform us within 3 days of receipt of order. You must email support@miotesoro.in to notify us.
Before we arrange for your damaged/incorrect product to be returned to us you are required to send us a photograph of the product, then it is up to the discretion of the Quality Assurance team to decide whether product is approved for return.
Once we have received your e-mail and our Quality Assurance team has authorized the return we will arrange for a courier to collect the goods and return them to us.
The Company will replace the items free of charge if possible or issue a refund for the cost of goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping. We will refund the purchase price of the jewellery and the shipping charges. Refunds will only be made after we have received the shipment in its original packaging.
We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment we will provide a refund to your account via our respective payment gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.
(a) Genuine quality issues.
(b) Packages lost in transit.
(c) An incorrect product has been shipped to you.
(a) Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
(b) Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
(c) After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent
(d) Package refused by recipient.
(e) Sizing issues.
(f) Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
(g) Minor colour and design variation. All products are handmade and use natural stones so there may be some variation from the photographs on our website.
(h) If the jewellery is not faulty or damaged.
